  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your lesson and respect the scheduled start and finish times.
  • Please bring your course card (available in the MyESF app) and present it to your instructor at the beginning of each lesson.

For your child’s wellbeing and comfort:
  • Please register your child using their correct age. If you're unsure of their skiing ability, consult our ‘Assess my level’ guide before booking.
  • Make sure your child carries a form of identification so they can be identified and you can be contacted if necessary.
  • Dress your child appropriately for winter conditions: warm, waterproof clothing, a windproof jacket, mittens or gloves, goggles or sunglasses with a retaining strap, a hat, tissues and sunscreen.
  • For cross-country skiing lessons, please ensure your child has suitable ski boots, skis and poles.
  • To help your child get the most from their lesson, please avoid following them or calling out to them during the session, as this may distract them and interrupt their progress.
