For parents

To ensure your stay goes smoothly, we ask that you read and respect the following information:
  • Don't lie about your child's age when signing them up for lessons,
  • Make sure your child has their lesson pass, lift pass and a form of I.D. that we can use to contact you if necessary, 
  • Equip your child correctly: sunscreen, winter jacket, mittens, sunglasses, tissues,
  • Leave it up to instructors to decide if your child should change levels,
  • Avoid monitoring or interrupting your child's lessons,
  • Respect the start and end times for lessons,
  • Wearing a helmet is highly recommended as well as wrist guards for snowboard lessons,
  • Make sure you have insurance for maximum safety.
